Upluck Baby Returns Policy.

We only accept return/refund IF the item received is damage/torn/wrong size given or customer received parcel with missing item(s), faulty item(s).which means, the blame is on us.

You can return item(s) within (5)days of receiving an item ordered from the UPLUCK BABY online store.(www.upluckbaby.com) if you are not completely happy with.

We encourage you to contact us through Whatsapp at +6017-734 6078 or email at [email protected] before return. Your request must have particular details such Order ID (#XXXXXX), alternative contact number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Your shipping cost will be refund either in cash, bank transfer or store credit.

Upon receiving the product, we will examine it and we will advise you on the status of the replacement or refund (if any) via email / Whatsapp as soon as possible.

You will get a full refund / exchange of available products. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error which you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.

You should expect to receive your refund within fourteen (14) working days. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (1-3 working days), the time it takes us to process your return parcel (1-3 working days), and the time it takes from our finance to your issuer bank to complete the refund (2-3 working days).
 

All item(s) must be returned to us undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn.

All item(s) must be returned in the original selling condition and include the original product packaging, price tags, and labels.

Items that are damaged, marked or found to be manufacturing error is acceptable and new item in good condition or other item with it purchased value will be send back to the customer (subject to stocks availability).

YOU MAY NOT RETURN FOR EXCHANGE IF :

- Sale items or purchases made with discount coupons.

- Damaged, soiled, washed, altered, and worn item(s) are not returnable by any chance unless it is found to be manufacturing error or faulty beforehand.

If we still received item like the said, we will send back to customer and customer will bear the postage.
